When you visit our web pages, general information is collected automatically for use in a non-personally identifiable manner. The web servers by default save technical data such as:

The data and its contents remain with our company, our affiliated companies of the HARTMANN GROUP and our provider. For the operation of the website and the services provided via the website, we work with service providers and agencies. The personal data you provide is only used to fulfil the contractual obligations towards you. We use the data only for other purposes, if you consented to this use.

The supervisory authority to which the complaint was submitted shall inform the data subject of the progress and the outcome of the complaint, including the possibility of a judicial remedy according to Art. 78 GDPR.

BODE Chemie GmbH implements technical and organisational security measures in order to protect the data made available to us by you from accidental or deliberate manipulation, loss, deletion or access by unauthorised individuals. When personal data are collected, their transfer will be encrypted in order to prevent misuse of data by third parties (SSL encryption). Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological advances.

We reserve the right to adapt this privacy policy on occasion, so that it always meets the current legal requirements or to include changes to our services in the privacy policy, such as the introduction of new services (website functions). Any subsequent visit will then be subject to the terms of the new privacy policy.
