BODE has tradition of innovation: in 1965, we developed Sterillium®, the first marketable alcohol-based hand disinfectant, jointly with the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf. In 2004, studies allowed a shortened application time of 1.5 minutes for the surgical hand disinfectant with Sterillium®.
With other product developments, we also enter unsought territory, for instance with the only virucidal, RKI-listed, alcohol-based hand disinfectant – Sterillium® Virugard.
