Environmental protection

With the certification of an integrated environmental management system in accordance with the international ISO 14001 norm, we fulfill the high environmental demand on international level. In 1996, the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) introduced the ISO 14001 norm as international standard for environmental management systems.
Since then, this norm is consulted internally and externally by accredited organizations as basis for environmental audits, in order to survey companies’ environmental management systems. These annual audits review whether the real conditions are consistent with laws, self-imposed commitments and objectives within the scope of the environmental management.

Environmental aspects are also inherent part of the internal basic and advanced trainings. Since 1991, we are a member of the German Environmental Management Association (Bundesdeutscher Arbeitskreis für Umweltbewusstes Management e.V., B.A.U.M. e.V.). Being part of the B.A.U.M. network, we have a hand in promoting environment and sustainability in economy and society, and in giving new impulses.
